Borough market refurbishment
We provided the specialist mechanical services to our client for the new refurbished market and stores facility’s for the market and its traders, all our project works were completed to budget and delivered on time.
Thameslink, Borough Viaduct
We provided the specialist mechanical services to our client that required us to make safe the buildings that were demolished to make way for the new Viaduct and then to provide the specialist mechanical services for the new buildings that were built after the viaduct was erected, in addition other local existing properties were refurbished and the mechanical services provided by us, all our project works were completed to budget and delivered on time.
Bethnal Green Firestation
We provided the specialist mechanical and electrical services to our client for this project that included for a new heating system, hot and Coldwater services upgrade and modifications and electrical and BMS controls system to operate the new and existing systems. This was a challenging project as the fire station and the associated apartments connected to the fire station were full occupied and operational at all times 24/7 we completed the project to budget and delivered on time.
